Our kitchen is led by Chef Gaurav Mathur, recognized among the Top 25 Chefs in America. A former ITC Hotels Chef, he has been part of the pre-opening team for iconic properties like ITC Royal Bengal-Kolkata, ITC Sonar-Kolkata, ITC Grand Chola-Chennai, and ITC Grand Maratha-Mumbai, among others.
Chef Gaurav is also Green Belt Six Sigma certified, combining culinary mastery with precision and efficiency — ensuring every dish not only delights, but delivers consistent excellence.
